Refund policy

Question: Can I return an item?

Answer: Yes but only if there was damage upon arrival, if there is another issue with the item please contact us explaining the situation and we will try our best to accommodate you. If is refund is issued, you will need to send the item back to us in the same condition it arrived in. Our shop will send you a postage label but the postage will be deducted from the total refund. If you have any questions please contact us.

Instructions for Requesting a Refund: 

1. Email blxckkpopstore@gmail.com with why you want to return the item, order number, post code, and name

2. Wait for a reply from us (we try to respond within 3 working days)

3. If return is accepted, we will send you a postage label, please pack the item well and post the item back

4. Once the item has returned to use, we will check the condition of the item and then issue a refund (minus the postage paid)
