Question: What shipping services does BLXCK K-Pop Store use for the UK?

Answer: It depends on the item. In most cases Royal Mail or Evri will be used. Items worth less than £20 will be sent using standard non-tracked shipping unless you have paid for express shipping where we will use Tracked 48 or 1st Class Signed for. Items worth more than £20 will be sent using tracked shipping.

 

Question: What shipping services is used for international customers?

Answer: Royal mail will be used, if you paid for standard shipping, the items will be sent using non-tracked shipping but for items worth more than £20 it will be sent using tracked shipping. When checking out, this tracked option will be displayed as express shipping.

 

Question: Will I need to pay for customs or international fees?

Answer: We will not be responsible for checking if there are any import, customs or international fees for your item. Please check the import, customs or international fees for your country.

 

Question: Is there combined shipping?

Answer applies for UK and International orders: Yes, please contact us at blxckkpopstore@gmail.com with your order number and I will let you know if you are eligible for combined shipping. If you are eligible, we will issue a refund of extra shipping paid.

Question: When will my order be dispatched?

Answer: Allow 3-5 business days for the item to be dispatched.
